What is the difference between the basic class and basic II
class?
The basic II workshop is for those of you who want to learn how to make your own art at home. The instructor will explain what tools, brands of epoxy resin and other equipment you should buy. There will also be plenty of tips to help you not to waste your epoxy and time on your first project.

Recommendations on what
to wear and what to bring

Wear old clothes which you can mess with. You do not need to look pretty to join our workshop :)

Long hair? Tie your hair.

An apron, if you have an apron that you don't need, please bring it.

Epoxy resin curing time is more than 48 hours if you are not able to come back within a week or two to pick up your art work please bring $10 extra cash for shipping fee.

Akima Kai is a professional underwater photographer that has always had a passion for the Ocean. During the lockdown in 2020, she started thinking about how could she
make her own Ocean. That's how her resin and wood artwork all began. Her resin art pieces are extremely in demand at available at Waimea Blue Gallery in Haleiwa and Greenroom Gallery in Waikiki.
​Several people approached her about offering a workshop. So, here she is. Ready to share her valuable knowledge and experience for all of you to enjoy.
