This is a one of a kind, handcrafted piece of original art made from locally (Big Island) grown Japanese Sugi (cedar) and epoxy resin.
This special Japanese sugi (cedar) is 120 years old tree the ranch in Big Island needed to cut. Our wood art is all reclaimed wood.
The tiger shark is one of the most common sharks in Hawaii. Its name derives from the beautiful dark stripes down its body, which resemble a tiger's pattern. If you see them in the water you are extremely lucky but the tiger shark is second only to the great white in recorded fatal attacks on humans.
Made in and inspired by the surfing capital of the world. North Shore, Haleiwa, Hawaii.
Each art is signed by the artist.
